Domestic Shipping (Australia & USA)

TRA operates from two main warehouses—one in Australia, servicing AUS/NZ, and another in the United States, serving the USA and the rest of the world. This allows us to provide prompt and reliable delivery across multiple regions.

Shipping Options & Costs:

  1. Standard Domestic Shipping (Australia & USA)

    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on location.
    • Delivery Time: 3-7 business days, depending on your exact location.
  2. Express Domestic Shipping (Australia & USA)

    • Cost: Additional fee calculated at checkout.
    • Delivery Time: 1-3 business days for major metro areas.

Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $200 (AUD for Australia, USD for the USA).


International Shipping

TRA ships internationally from our US and Australia warehouses, delivering to a range of global destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary based on location.

Shipping Options & Costs:

  1. Standard International Shipping

    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your destination country.
    • Delivery Time: 7-15 business days, depending on country and customs processing.
  2. Express International Shipping

    • Cost: Additional fee calculated at checkout.
    • Delivery Time: 3-7 business days to most international destinations.

Note: All international orders are subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer, and TRA has no control over these charges.


Order Processing Times

We strive to process and ship orders promptly so that you receive your items as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, processing times are as follows:

  • Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Peak Periods: During high-demand times, such as sales or holiday periods, processing may take an additional 1-2 days.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery’s progress.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor its journey. You can also log in to your TRA account to view the tracking information at any time.


Delivery Times & Delays

While we strive to meet our stated delivery times, please keep in mind that unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, customs inspections, or peak seasonal demands may impact delivery schedules. TRA cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs processing or other factors outside our control.


Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. TRA cannot guarantee modifications once the order is placed. In the case of undeliverable packages due to an incorrect address:

  • Domestic Orders: The package will be returned to our warehouse. We can arrange a reshipment, but additional shipping fees may apply.
  • International Orders: Undeliverable packages may incur return-to-sender fees. The customer will be responsible for covering these fees if reshipment is requested.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

TRA takes great care to ensure your order arrives safely. If your package appears to be lost, stolen, or damaged:

  1. Lost or Stolen: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. Additionally, reach out to us at info@trasportswear.com for assistance in filing a claim with the carrier.
  2. Damaged: If your items arrive damaged, please email info@trasportswear.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos and a description of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve the matter, either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.

Additional Information

  • P.O. Boxes: Some carriers may not deliver to P.O. boxes. If applicable, please provide a standard street address.
  • Shipping Restrictions: Due to regulations, we are unable to ship certain items to some countries. You will be notified during checkout if this affects your order.
