TRA Returns Policy
At TRA, we are committed to ensuring you feel fully satisfied with every purchase. We understand that sometimes items don’t meet expectations, so we offer an exchange/store credit return policy to make the process easy. You have up to 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return on eligible items.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, please ensure that items meet the following criteria:
- Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition. All tags must remain attached, and the original packaging should be included if possible.
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.
- Exclusions: Certain items are not eligible for return, including final sale items, gift cards, and any personalized or customized products, unless there is a defect or error in the order.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Customer Support: Email our customer service team at info@trasportswear.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. This helps us better understand any issues and continuously improve our products.
- Confirmation & Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, our team will review it and provide return authorization within 1 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your return instructions and, if eligible, a prepaid shipping label for domestic returns within the US and Australia.
- Prepare Your Return: Package your items securely to avoid damage during transit. Include a copy of your order receipt or order number within the package to expedite processing.
Return Shipping and Fees
- Domestic Returns (US & Australia): For orders shipped within the United States and Australia, a prepaid return label will be provided. A small return shipping fee may apply and will be deducted from your refund.
- International Returns: For customers outside the US and Australia, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return, as TRA cannot be responsible for lost packages.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for our team to inspect and process your item. We will carefully review each return to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
- Store Credit Method: Approved store credits will be emailed to you directly.
- Non-Eligible Items: If an item does not meet the return criteria (e.g., signs of wear, removed tags), we will notify you via email, and the item may be returned to you at your expense.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, we are here to make it right. Please contact us at info@trasportswear.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. In cases of damage or error, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide either a replacement item or a full refund.
